FOA 2016 mosaics the last week

THIS WEEK I FINISHED ALL OF MY MOSAICS 

Music class 2016

In music class we have learned so much different things.

Term 1:

In term one  we learnt  keyboard and I  played  one call away by Charlie Puth

Term 2:

 was a break from music so there was no music practice.

Term 3:

In term 3 we made our own instruments out of recycled materials. I made a shaker with two yogurt containers and I cut up plastic from a ice cream container to make the shaking noise.

Term 4:

In term (now) we are working on making a  performance to show the class using different instruments.

My favorite part of music was making our own instruments because we got to let our creativity go wild to create the right instrument.

Mosaics

some of the tiles are different shapes and sizes to make different textures and designs

This mosaic is a pattern made with small pieces of coloured tiles.

this mosaic is made with small coloured glass but is not a pattern it is a picture

This is a dog made with some type of seeds they have used different colours for different parts

This is made in a garden which means  it doesn’t have to just make flat  picture it can make thing more colourful.

The things that interest me

* There are so many opportunities for different designs and patterns with mosaic
* They look amazing when you use glass/ tiles and the sun shines on them

*sea life

Learning outcome= Learning about the difference between street art and graffiti.

we made our street art with graffitier and we tried different styles and colors with our graffiti. 

when we used the graffitier website I had to keep restarting because it was hard to use the finger pad to draw.
